Application Support Analyst  – Join a Cutting-Edge Cloud Transformation Team!

Are you passionate about cloud technologies and ready to make a real impact? We’re on the lookout for a Application Support Analyst to play a key role in our cloud journey, delivering insight, innovation, and best-in-class solutions across a growing cloud environment.

About the Role:

As a Application Support Analyst , you will be the go-to expert for analysing, optimising, and supporting our cloud infrastructure. You’ll work closely with architecture, security, and DevOps teams to ensure performance, compliance, and cost-efficiency across our cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide second-line support for business-critical applications, including incident resolution and service requests.

  • Troubleshoot application issues and escalate to vendors or internal technical teams as required.

  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement or optimisation.

  • Maintain application documentation including user guides, support procedures, and system configurations.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand application needs and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Support application testing, upgrades, patching, and deployments.

  • Participate in the implementation of new applications and enhancements to existing systems.

  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

  • Train end-users and provide ongoing support to maximise system adoption and efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in an application support, business systems, or IT support role.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, or HRIS platforms.

  • Familiarity with SQL for querying databases and basic data analysis.

  • Experience in working with vendors or third-party support providers.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable:

  • Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator)

  • Familiarity with best practices, incident management processes, and ticketing systems.

  • Experience in Microsoft 365, Hubspot, Adobe, Visibuild and and more is highly desirable
