Business Analyst – Market Systems
- As the Business Analyst for a market systems modernisation initiative, you will review business requirements, perform impact analysis, and deliver documentation to support the transition of legacy market and billing applications.
- You’ll work closely with business and delivery teams to finalise processes, manage change impacts, and support testing to ensure a smooth and compliant implementation.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and manage business requirements and traceability
- Finalise current and future state process documentation
- Produce detailed process documentation and work instructions
- Perform change impact analysis and support business readiness
- Assist with training material development
- Support system testing, defect tracking, and workarounds
- Liaise with business and technical stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops and ensure clear communication
About you?
- Senior Business Analyst with strong delivery experience
- Experience in digital, market, or billing systems projects
- Knowledge of SDLC and change practices (PROSCI desirable)
- Strong documentation and stakeholder engagement skills
