About the Role
We are seeking an experienced D365 CRM Functional Lead to join the team in Brisbane. This role will see you leading CRM initiatives, driving solution design, and working closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping customer engagement strategies, translating business requirements into functional solutions, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities

Lead workshops with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.

Translate requirements into functional specifications for D365 CRM solutions.

Drive the design, configuration, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM modules.

Act as the functional SME across the CRM landscape, providing leadership and guidance to both technical teams and business users.

Oversee solution roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organisational strategy and best practices.

Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support to business users.

Collaborate with developers, architects, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope.

Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates, features, and industry trends.
Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Functional Lead or Senior Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement.

Strong expertise across core D365 CE modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.

Ability to lead workshops and engage with senior stakeholders to understand business objectives.

Solid understanding of CRM solution design, business process mapping, and system integration.

Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in leading or mentoring teams is highly regarded.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (functional or solution architect level) are advantageous.
