A Federal Government department is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to support a range of digital transformation initiatives across regulatory and safety domains. This is a hands-on development role focused on delivering scalable, well-configured Dynamics 365 solutions within a small, collaborative delivery team.
The Opportunity
You’ll be joining a close-knit project group that works side-by-side with business stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in smaller, high-performing teams and values mission-driven work with real-world outcomes. You’ll contribute to the design, configuration, and optimisation of D365 solutions, while also supporting continuous delivery through Azure DevOps.
Key Details
- Contract Term: 12 months
- Start Date: From 1 August 2025
- Location: Canberra / ACT-based hybrid role (on average 3 days onsite)
- Clearance: Must be an Australian Citizen with Baseline Clearance
- Team Environment: Small IT delivery team working closely with business stakeholders
What You’ll Be Doing
- Configure, develop, and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Collaborate with business teams to design technical solutions aligned to business needs
- Contribute to the build and optimisation of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Use modern development tools and practices to enhance performance, usability, and scalability
- Participate in testing, documentation, and solution deployment
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in MS Dynamics CRM / 365 configuration and solution design
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 configuration best practices
- Proficiency in web development tools and technologies such as JavaScript, ASP.Net, C#, .NET, jQuery, SQL Server, HTML, and CSS
- Experience working with PowerApps and Power BI
- Solid understanding of Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Desirable
- Microsoft certifications will be highly regarded
