Our client, a forward-thinking organisation, is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join their Melbourne-based team. The Role
As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives and gather requirements for business initiatives.
- Document business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases clearly and concisely.
- Conduct detailed analyses of current processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows and user stories, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Work closely with the Product Innovation Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables meet business objectives.
- Analyse data to provide actionable insights that inform decision-making and project success.
- Assist in creating test plans and cases, supporting the testing process to ensure quality outcomes.
- Identify risks and issues, proposing mitigation strategies to meet timelines and budgets.
- Provide regular progress updates and detailed reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure clarity and alignment with business needs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Advocate for continuous improvement in business analysis practices and methodologies.
About You
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with IT project experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in analysing and optimising business processes.
- Proficient in creating detailed, clear, and aligned business documentation.
- Exceptional ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders and teams.
- CBAP or PMI-PBA certifications are advantageous.
- Familiarity with business analysis tools, process modelling, and project management software.
- Adaptable, collaborative, and eager to contribute hands-on in a fast-paced, smaller business setting.
