Join a fast-paced, forward-thinking FMCG organisation delivering Salesforce-driven transformation projects that make a real impact.

We’re seeking a hands-on, Delivery focussed Salesforce Project Manager who thrives in complex environments and knows how to keep delivery on track — balancing the rigour of Waterfall with the agility of iterative change. You’ll be leading cross-functional teams, aligning business goals with technology outcomes, and ensuring our Salesforce projects land successfully, every time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of Salesforce initiatives — from planning through to implementation and post-go-live optimisation.

  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and dependencies with precision.

  • Translate business requirements into clear technical deliverables and project milestones.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business units, technical teams, and vendors.

  • Lead daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and release planning while maintaining traditional project governance and reporting.

  • Manage risks, issues, and change control in a transparent and structured way.

  • Ensure alignment between Salesforce capabilities and business objectives in a high-volume, fast-moving FMCG environment.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager leading Salesforce implementations or enhancement programs.

  • Strong delivery focus — able to manage multiple workstreams and deliver under pressure.

  • Comfortable working in both Waterfall and Agile environments, knowing when to apply each.

  • Experience within FMCG, retail, or similarly dynamic, fast-paced industries.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all business levels.

  • Strong vendor and resource management experience.

  • Salesforce certifications (highly regarded).

  • PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile PM certifications desirable.

Why Join?

  • Be part of a major transformation program driving real business outcomes.

  • Work with a high-performing, collaborative delivery team.

  • Flexible, hybrid work environment.

  • Competitive salary and career growth opportunities.
