Senior Desktop Support Analyst – Fast-Growing Organisation
One of our clients is expanding rapidly and is seeking a proactive Senior Desktop Support Analyst to support their growing team. Role Overview
You’ll be the go-to person for frontline IT support across the organisation, providing onsite and remote assistance, managing IT hardware/software, supporting construction sites, and improving the IT knowledge base through documentation and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver frontline IT support (onsite and remote).
- Ensure workstations, devices, and meeting room AV are fully functional.
- Manage support tickets and keep users updated.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacements.
- Create and maintain IT documentation.
- Support training initiatives to uplift team capability.
- Provide ad-hoc support at construction sites.
- Follow and contribute to IT processes and procedures.
What we are looking for
- 3+ years in Desktop Support.
Strong experience with:
- Windows 11
- M365 apps & cloud services
- HP/Dell hardware
- Apple & Android mobile devices
- Printers and AV technology
- Intune or similar endpoint management
- Basic networking knowledge.
- Ability to manage and prioritise helpdesk tickets.
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
Desirable
- Knowledge of Microsoft Defender and security concepts.
- Experience in construction environments.
