ServiceNow Service Mapping Specialist

We’re partnering with a client delivering a major infrastructure initiative and are on the lookout for a ServiceNow Service Mapping Specialist to join on an initial 3-month contract, with high potential to extend beyond September 2025.
This role sits at the intersection of technical implementation and advisory support, focusing on visibility, mapping, and dependency management within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
The Opportunity
This is a great contract for someone who knows the ins and outs of Service Mapping and enjoys owning delivery end-to-end in a client-facing setting. The team is collaborative, outcomes-focused, and values people who can work autonomously and solve problems quickly.

The Role

Lead the implementation and configuration of Service Mapping

Collaborate with technical stakeholders to map infrastructure and application dependencies

Support ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB initiatives

Troubleshoot Service Mapping patterns and configure mid-servers

Work independently and directly with business and technical teams
Skills & Experience
-
2+ years’ hands-on experience in ServiceNow

Strong knowledge of the Service Mapping module

Solid understanding of CMDB, Discovery, and infrastructure dependencies

Familiarity with ServiceNow patterns, mid-server setup, and troubleshooting

Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement ability

Must be based in Australia with Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
