Business Analyst – Power Quality Data Interface
As the Business Analyst for the PQD Interface project, you will review business requirements, perform impact analyses, and deliver documentation that guides both the business and technical teams. You’ll assess current PQD data integration processes, define future-state impacts of the IDX transition, and identify risks and mitigations to ensure a smooth implementation.

Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Documentation
- Review and analyse business requirements and current-state PQD integration.
- Document business context, processes, and potential impacts of the IDX roadmap.
- Capture project risks, owners, and mitigation strategies.
- Develop technical documentation including interface requirements, data models, transformation rules, and backlog tasks.
- Define testing strategy and stakeholder engagement plans.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Liaise with business owners and technical teams to validate findings and requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and ensure clear communication across all project stakeholders.
Technical & Functional Insight
- Support the design of the PQD interface and its integration with IDX.
- Provide actionable insights to guide solution delivery and risk-based migration strategies.
About you?
- Senior-level Business Analyst (6+ years experience).
- Experience in application and/or data integration projects.
- Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies and documentation practices.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Energy sector experience (highly regarded).
- Ability to perform impact analysis and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Available to start January 5th for a 1 month contract
